Stop My Blaming

Show me, Lord,
by Your discernment,
that it is sometimes me,
myself, choosing wrongly.
The devil doesn't always do it.
Blaming others makes me feel
guilty inside, then I know
it is Spirit convicting.
Just free me, please,
of this need to blame,
for it causes self shame.

Thank You, Lord;
I already feel better.
Just talking to you always
takes weight from my shoulders.
But then, I should know why;
You said in Your Word
Come to Me
when burdened
and I will give you rest.

Thank You, Lord, for helping me
to let go, and let You be You.
